I have biked to @rusebrewing numerous times over these past several months for cans, and that had been our plan this past weekend too...but then the taproom was open, and the reformulated Papyrus Iris was on draft, and we looked around at the awesome job they did creating a socially distanced taproom and we stayed for some beer. . . I loved being able to both order and pay on my phone using a QR code, and I appreciated that the tables were way further than 6 feet apart (thank you, thank you for this one). I even saw someone else put on a mask as their server approached the table 👏🏻. Good safety protocols, good people, and good beer! . . Papyrus Iris is a NEIPA brewed with 100% Mosaic hops. It’s smooth and total tropical vibes with lots of citrus and mango flavor. It’s absolutely delicious, and maybe better than the original recipe, which I also loved.
