1: THE PROTAGONIST

[REDACTED] is an orange that was adopted and raised by a family of apples, which as a result caused him to be extremely judged and left out, and leading to him getting fired from multiple jobs, if not even getting the chance to even work to begin with. Despite his attempts to find a way to make enough money for him and his family, he didn't get any luck with how little he was being able to get. Because of desperation and with the remaining hope he had left, his last decision was to join the military, promising to come back soon to be with his loved ones.
Despite his worried expression and jumpy attitude, [REDACTED] is someone very extrovert and easy to have a conversation with, this only being hidden behind a defensive shell caused by how used he is to receive negative comments because of his family. However, during this time in the army, he is very obedient and quiet, but most of the time, this is because of how afraid he is to oranges of higher authority, specifically The Sergeant.
2: THE SERGEANT
NAME: [REDACTED] München (can also be referred as Mr. München.) (this is not his real name.)

CURRENT OCCUPATION: FIRST CLASS SERGEANT

Despite how everyone seems to recognize The Sergeant or at least heard about him, no one knows where did he come from or when did they come exactly. They are originally from Germany, but at some point it's known they left to join the military in the USA. He has very personal issues related to the apples and has caused most part of the collective hate and fear towards them by other oranges due to being influential during the time where the war is settled up. Her actual name is unknown, and he decided to hide it with a new identity with the last name of Maximiliano München, an apple that he murdered back in his home country. To this day no one knows he's guilty.
The Sergeant has a very cold attitude and often lacks any sort of empathy, acting more by impulse rather than plan things out for long, this causing moments of negligence that affects their men directly. Although, he is an expert with words, always making sure to choose to correct one so the rest believes on what they say, also imposing a lot of fear to those who question him, one of these cases being [REDACTED] and their dynamic that's mostly based on making him obey without questioning (even with this, The Sergeant shows a lot of care to him and the rest of the oranges, being very attentive, even if this is just part of his strategy to make them believe everything he says).
NAME: Maximilian München
3: THE HITMAN
PAST OCCUPATION: SECRETARY/HITMAN
CURRENT OCCUPATION: dead. no occupation.
HE/HIM
Maximilian used to work in the police department as a secretary, and secretly worked as a hitman, having to currently take trips from place to place to do his work. In one of these "visits" to Germany, he met The Sergeant before this one was in the military service, and eventually, because of how attached The Sergeant got to Maximilian, this one impulsively tricked him to go to their place and later on murder him. Now, Maximilian is a spirit that walks around earth amongst humans due to not being allowed to ascend due to his crimes.
The Hitman has always been someone of a short temper, and always had some sort of dislike towards oranges or any other fruit in general, but tried to still be around them and not base his own opinions on anything related to the war going on. He has a wife and a kid back in his home country, Poland, and holds an extreme hate towards The Sergeant for what he did to him.
4: THE FATHER TREE
NAME: [REDACTED] Kircher
PAST OCCUPATION: SOLDIER
CURRENT OCCUPATION: ??? (demi-god)
HE/IT
Kircher was raised in a church with religious beliefs during most part of his early childhood, eventually became a young soldier that joined the military. He used to be the best friend of The Sergeant and knew eachother since they were both kids, being together even during the military, where The Sergeant decided to join him only because he wanted to keep proximity (The Sergeant didn't have his role during this time). But sadly, Kircher died in war due to an accident that The Sergeant has caused, which affect way more soldiers than just him. During all this time, Kircher has become an entity full of hate and desire to get revenge for what The Sergeant caused to him and hundreds of other innocent oranges and apples, deciding to sacrifice the rest of his body in the afterlife to become an entity that's a combination with his older body and an orange tree, with a very painful transformation that took over its organs and bones to replace them entirely, gaining enough power to make sure its the one who decides the destiny of The Sergeant once she dies.
Before death, Kircher was the sweetest guy ever, always with a bright smile and ready to help. He still shows a lot of care towards living beings and is actually willing to help if possible. However, this kinder side does not get applied with The Sergeant, who he hates with the remaining of his soul, to the point that mentioning him around it causes it to go into an aggressive state. Kircher knows that The Sergeant regrets killing it, but its empathy towards him has been totally dissolved by now, just replaced with the need to make him suffer for eternity.
