Cora, a World Noble, huh? Sengoku said he hadn't saved Law because of the D, but Cora had. Law knew he'd done precisely that. Stubborn old goats and their secrets. Law's generation and the one before that couldn't drag them into the new era but they could fuck up the gears of the world the old codgers fought to protect. Knowledge was power and power was hidden and transparency was long overdue. Sengoku said Cora didn't know anything about the Ds, but the navy was a vipers' nest of lies. Cora had told Law Ds were absolute enemies of World Nobles, and Law had absolutely contributed to his benefactor's death.

These are older pieces to support this year's marines week. I don't have any new stuff at hand, but I've also never posted any of these stories to a Marines Week event. It's perfectly fine if mods do not reblog. AO3
