I’m feeling 💁🏻‍♀️fancy with this diagonal French tip I did and I love how it looks with the matte top coat. 𝑇𝑖𝑝𝑠 I applied the base color and waited until it was dry and then I painted the side French. When the dark color was tacky I started to apply the foil nail glitter ✨✨and then I applied the top coat. I rarely, and I mean very rarely buy @opi #nailpolish. It really has to catch my eye. And this one stopped me dead in my tracks. .I was @ultabeauty with my daughter and of course I had to check out the polish. I saw this in the gel polish version and was tempted, but I didn't want the gel version. I found one bottle, in with the China Glaze. And I had a $10 off a $40 purchase. So I got it. This is called Turn On The Northern Lights! . This is an indigo jelly polish with aurora pigment. The shift is strong, when looking at the bottle. But on the nail it is subtle. I used 2 coats plus a qdtc. The first coat was streaky b as expected. But floating on the second coat was buttery smooth. None-the-less it is very pretty. .I know of many #indiepolish makers that use this same pigment, and they use WAY more. The shift is obvious on your nail; not subtle. .Keep up the work OPI. I may buy more. But add more of the color shifting pigments.
