Is the archer cool?
Indeed it is. The base model is a better missile boat than many other designs (including the base model Catapult), and the upgraded variants are better still. The -2Rb especially is an excellent rework, as are the -2W, -4M, -4M2, -5W, and -7C. I can also personally attest to the -5CS being especially scary to face (particularly when the pilot has hot-loaded all of the LRMs).
And this is without even mentioning Jaime Wolf or Morgan Kell, both of whom pikoted the Archer. Contrary to popular belief, neither of their 'Mechs have been lost β Morgan's Archer had been moved from Arc-Royal before the Falcon attack, and the Dragoons continue to use Jaime's Archer in ceremonies to this day.
What are the unforeseen side effects of the totem warrior genetic setup?
Well, our increased metabolism demands higher nutritional intake, around 7000 kilocalories per day.
We are also quite warm, and need more water and electrolytes than normal. It made things difficult for us in our 'Mechs until we joined the Fusiliers and discovered the Argo's prototype cooling suits β hence why we tend to focus on maximizing cooling on any 'Mech we pilot.
If in the unlikely event we develop cancer, it would most probably be incredibly aggressive and potentially fatal.
We have denser bones and muscles, which mean we weigh more than might be expected.
Our strength means that if we get tired, overwhelmed, or injured and lose fine motor control, that can be even more dangerous than normal.
We are more sensitive than most humans to flickering lights, can be overwhelmed with bright light easier, and even though we are sometimes able to tell if a holographic display is miscalibrated or a screen has a bad refresh rate, that tends to manifest as a headache from looking at it too long.
We are remarkably sensitive to carbon monoxide and certain chemicals. And our improved liver and digestive systems mean it is incredibly difficult (or just expensive) for us to get drunk or high, which can sometimes be a downside β this also means we need significantly higher doses of anaesthetics (or just completely different ones).
And despite every effort of the scientists that made us, we still require nearly the same amount of sleep to get a true night's rest β while we can function perfectly fine on half the amount of sleep for a normal human, to be at our best we still need seven to eight hours.

Is macromastia a common side effect of the totem warrior process?
Side effect?
Neg. It was intentional, at least partly.
Other Totem Warriors created later, either by individual Clans, or by entirely different nation-states, do not all have such assets. Most do on account of the propaganda value, to be fair.
The exact degree to which things are enlarged may be influenced by other genetic modifications made, but it is not a side effect of the process of creating a Totem Warrior.
Do you have any inner sphere or periphery ocs?
I do! I have 21 (+2 half OCs - each is a half OC for a different reason) Inner Sphere and Periphery OCs! (I'm excluding mercenary characters here btw)
The list: 1) A Canopian snow leopard lady related to Kai Allard-Liao. 2) a Taurian minotaur lady. 3-7) a quintet of WoB characters (four cyborg MechWarriors, one sapient AI). 8-15) a polycule full of Lyran (and Lyran-adjacent characters) centered around a big wolf guy (not Wolf with a capital W; though there ARE Wolves(-in-Exile) in said 'cule). 16-19.5) another smaller polycule centered around a Kuritan dragon man (who is the Kuritan Totem Warrior, to boot). This group also includes an OCified version of the Pope of New Avalon. Since he's based on the canonical character of the same name, I only rate him as being a half OC. 20.5) a ComStar cyborg fox lady who is even more cyber-augmented than most Manei Domini. 21.5) an enby Rasalhague Dominion MechWarrior, related to one of Rasalhague's greatest leaders. 22) the Marik Totem Warrior, a purple-feathered eagle lady and adopted daughter of Nicol Marik (this OC I share with a friend, so I consider her only half mine).
