I'm pretty sure Whitebeard isn't bald cuz of the kids but cuz of the cancer treatments. Like it's definitely thinning out because of all the stress but like Sanji being utterly clueless and just saying his new father figure is bald is hilarious.

White Beard is arguing he still has hair and Sanji is looking at him like he's an idiot. Those five strands, Pops? Is that what you call your hair? White Beard has never been so tempted to ground one of his kids as in that moment but someone has grabbed Sanji and bolted while laughter is heard from all over the Moby Dick.
