So ive ruminated on the Hero of Time being a kind and gentle person but the Hero's Shade is absolutely a Grumpy Old Man. I've become obsessed with the idea of oot!Link being gentle and kind but not nice. Because nice is different than good.

I started picking at a concept I've had for a while; What if Bongo Bongo of Ocarina of Time was a Gerudo King that the Sheikah captured and turned into a hate battery?
in this instance, Zelda used her Hylia powers to purify all that Shadow nonsense and now he's just helpful himbo ghost with some totally wicked scars
I was in a huge rut I'm still not really out of while working on this, so I'm not all that happy with how its turned out but I did it, and im posting it, and King Bongo is a good boy who deserves lots of hugs
