There shall be no Jiraiya-hate on this blog [unless it’s the kid-muse internally whining about how Jiraiya doesn’t pay him much attention ._. cough]. I mean, I don’t consider Minato the best parental figure but considering the manga and the circumstances, it’s the only thing he could have done. Consider this post for an in-depth interpretation of the manga chapter where his decision to seal Yang Kurama into Naruto is concerned. 

With regards to Jiraiya - and here I reiterate at the risk of repetition - the man was like a father to Minato. Who else would he have entrusted Naruto’s character to? I mean. Jiraiya was family [the only family left, mind ._.’’]. He was the strongest, kindest man Minato knew - and probably the only one he could trust to know the location of the the key to the eight trigram seal he plants on Naruto.

He wasn’t just a ‘pervert’. See, to understand Jiraiya, the Gama Sage; the man who left an everlasting legacy in the form of not only Naruto, but also Nagato and Minato? You need to look past the ‘pervy sage’ persona. For which a certain amount of neurons are required. 

For those playing it, how are you enjoying it? I was thinking of giving it a try...

Now I played tail end of BC so I remember how hard it used to be and honestly before my guild imploded I fully intended on playing. But when I canceled my sub I never gave it another thought...

For those who followed because of FFXIV, it’s ok! I’m not going to stop playing it or posting content about it. I am head over heels in love with FFXIV but, after talking with my brother today about my depression I realized something... I don’t really have an escape like I did before I quit WoW. FFXIV is a FANTASTIC game but when your depressed AF and looking for an escape only to hop in a game and ride this emotional roller coaster that is the story of FFXIV... It doesn’t play well with your emotions. (SERIOUSLY. EVERYTIME I PLAY SOMEONE I LIKE EITHER DIES OR ALMOST DIES. My heart can’t take it lol.)

Doesn’t help that Spotify is plotting against me. Out of the 580 songs I have, it’ll play the 3-4 WoW related songs almost daily... Making me think of good times and how WoW got me through some rough spots in life.
