𝕯𝖆𝖓𝖈𝖊... . . 𝐋𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐧𝐨 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 . We have spent the morning sampling our new workout programme available later this month - you are in for a treat . It is no lie, saying that 2021 started off how we wanted it to, taking back control with 9 Week Control Freak ... mid to late January it all went to cock when I passed out and we found a lump in my throat and an ME relapse hit - all at once . Factor in Attie, who likes to not sleep at night, Rory being homeschooled, mama not sleeping due to Attie and the stress of it all and me sleeping on an air bed downstairs just to try and get some sleep - you could say it was shaping up to be an 𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐬 𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐬 . Roll on to April - the lump is treatable and not cancerous, the ME relapse went into recovery mode and I was able to go walking without symptom flares and this past week I have began exercising again; Rory is back in school, leaving Attie to sort out her sleeping so that mama can sort out hers too. Feels like we are regaining control! . And just in time for Let’s Get Up!
