Wanted comfort food last night. Didn’t eat healthy, but particularly UNhealthy either. I wanted pizza. I bought a pack of flatbreads, and some vegan mozzarella. At home, I already had tomato and basil sauce from @newmansown and some veggies. I put some onion, sweet peppers and mushrooms on one of the flatbreads. It was really good! Afterwards, to feed my awful sweet tooth, I spread some vegan butter on a flat bread and sprinkled some brown sugar and cinnamon on it, and baked it too😍👍🏼 It was good. I can’t eat it all the time, because the flatbreads aren’t gluten-free. Sometimes indulgences are good, when you’re in the midst of a little pity party.
