The flight for their honeymoon didn’t leave for another six hours, but that didn’t stop Laurel from going through their room to make sure that they had everything packed. Laurel still felt giddy from the wedding and the fact that she was finally Mrs. Oliver Queen aka Dinah Laurel Lance-Queen. At one point she had almost thought that it wasn’t going to happen, breaking up with him had been the hardest thing she had ever done.

The sound of the glass shattering as it hit the wall probably did more than anything to make Laurel realize she was starting to lose control. It had been getting worse as time passed. The basics of her memory were back but things still came and went. She would recognize someone one day and have no idea who they were the next. Better than being dead, but sometimes it didn't feel like much. "I don't remember. I don't know what Argus is or the Suicide Squad. I barely remember us. Some days I don't." Laurel had woken up a couple of times trying to figure out who the man in bed next to her was. "I just want to remember my life."

Laurel was still keeping one big secret from Oliver, her secret identity as Black Canary and the meta ability that went with it. She had never found the way or time to tell him and while it should have been before they got married, Laurel was still keeping that part of her life from him. Diggle and Felicity were supporting her for the moment, but even they both believed it was going to be a strain on their marriage.

She had promised herself when she got back from Central City she would confess everything. He thought she was here on business and she was in a way. Laurel smiled as Caitlin finished her scan. “Everything looks okay? I’d hate to have Ollie find out about this because I lose control. And we’ve been talking about maybe having a baby.” She kicked her feet against the examination table.

It didn’t matter how many times Laurel had been hurt. She would always believe in love. More than that she would always believe that Oliver was her soulmate. For a while, she had thought that didn’t mean they were going to be together. Sometimes she wasn’t even sure how they were still friends.

Laurel had decided she was going to let him go and move on with his life. Maybe it would give her the ability to move on with hers. There was so much water under the bridge, she wasn’t sure how they were to work past it all. It was better for both if she let him go, but the more she let go of the Ollie she had loved the more she got to know Oliver. It was like a fresh start and she was falling in love with him for the first time again. It was impossible to not act on those feelings and at least he would know how she felt. She didn’t expect him to kiss her back, but god it felt so right.

Dinah stood outside of the restaurant, coat wrapped tight around here and watched the snow fall. She had always loved the snow but it seemed like years since she had taken the time to enjoy it. Sticking out her tongue a smile crossed Dinah's lips as she felt a flake fall on it. "You couldn't get me out of the snow when I was a child." She could remember the snowball fights and snow angels, finally coming back in to hot coco and warm blankets. "I want my father left out of whatever business we do. If he gets hurt I'm out."
