I’m beginning to get such confidence that I can now hang for several seconds from one arm I hope eventually to be able to hang for about a minute one of the great things about bodyweight exercises and I don’t think it matters whether you’re 25 or 75 and I’ve still got nine years to go but when you get into the rhythm of serious bodyweight exercising your fitness level improved dramatically the more you focused and some more rest give yourself between repetitions as I am giving myself about 15 minutes by watching Wimbledon.
