coworker was counting money and said "that'll be 9/11 (dollars)" and without missing a beat my brain connected 67 with 9/11 and i went

i just spent hours laughing so hard with it that i started seeing stars + struggled to catch my breath

i joke with it that we're "platonic sisters" but like. it truly is my sibling like i fucking love it so much and my life would feel so empty without it!!!!!!!

plus we genuinely share the same braincell + regularly say things at the same time with the exact same cadence + we just look at each other in shock/awe every time it happens. other times we think of the same joke days apart + are like "what do you mean!!! I just said that the other day!!!" for example: at work someone said "to each their own" + i replied "charlize theron..." + it MADE THE SAME JOKE AT HOME DAYS LATER i squealed

tonight i mentioned that i had the witch doctor song by Alvin and the chipmunks stuck in my head (cursed), then it told me "I've had the Beverly hills chihuahua theme in mine... i'm gonna kill myself" + i immediately cackled bc of the way it said it, like it was so fucking funny. + I haven't seen the movie so I looked up the theme + it very slowly told me it knows where i sleep. then it would periodically say "it's gonna happen" and idk i just bursted out cackling it was so funny to me

plus we confide in each other about soo many things + give such comforting hugs when the other needs it. i lowkey try reiki (very loosely using that term) on it sometimes + i really enjoy that ritual between us bc it's on especially bad days for it
