My favourite trope within the Omegaverse absolutely has to be when an omega didn't get to nest much in the past.
Whether it be due to never learning how, getting in trouble for making one, taking suppressants for an extended period of time, presenting late, ect.
And then their alpha finds out and is absolutely appalled by this fact and insists on taking them out to buy materials for their nest, or lets them raid their closet for all the nest materials they may own
It never fails to be heartwarming and the best things I've ever read.
It will never get old to me!!
Nearly all of my Omegaverse fics will have at least elements of this trope cause istg it it so fucking good, it is the fuel to my motivation, just to write the scene where the alpha is encouraging their omega to nest.
Bonus points if they're absolutely smitten watching their omega nest, and think the nest is the best and most comfortably thing theyve ever seen.
