TWO CORPSES, EVERYTHING’S FINE → The mysterious and diabolical Mr. Merrick sends six blackmail letters to six people who live in the shadows. When the seven meet at Merrick’s sprawling manor, things do not go according to (his) plan, and Merrick ends up dead.

WHODUNNIT? → Was it Andromache the Scythian with the wrench in the ballroom? Sebastien LeLivre with the rope in the conservatory? Nile Freeman with the lead pipe in the lounge? You swallow a bottle of sleeping pills but they don’t work. Boots continue to fall to the floor in the apartment above you. You go to work the next day pretending nothing happened. Your co-workers ask if everything’s okay and you tell them you’re just tired. And you’re trying to smile. And they’re trying to smile.
