On this old road I drive,
Gazing at this tree lined road,
Lit merely by my headlights,
I wonder where it will take me,
These old roads ever so alike,
But as I drive through this endless wilderness,
At dawn when the sun rises above these ever so old trees,
I shall know where I will be,
But tonight neither you nor I will know where that will be,
So on this old tree lined road I drive tonight,
At dawn I can only hope to be free.
