maybe instead of old longfellow's wife being kidnapped and brainwashed by the children of atom, hannah was a member when they first met. they fall in love, she wants him to convert, he wants her to leave, they can't come to an agreement. decades of loving each other from afar by the time the player shows up.
I have a story idea that both Nick and DiMA gets kidnapped by the institute, quite a few years before the main story in fallout 4. Get forced into generation 3 synth bodies but theyβre like tweens. And they somehow escape and get dumped on Old Longfellows door step.
So now our alcoholic fisherman has unwilling adopted two feral synth children who claim theyβre older than him say they donβt have any parents but are more than capable to take care of themselves.
But Old Longfellow canβt in good conscience let these children be alone without adult supervision towards the dangers of the wasteland. So he just reluctantly decides to adopt them and becomes their father figure.
Canβt remember if synth children can grow up but letβs just assume they can in the world Iβm thinking about.
So now Longfellow has parental responsibility over Nick and DiMA Valentine (thatβs right DiMA is a valentine now). So thus both synth brothers go through the joys of having a parent and navigating childhood in the shores of Far Harbour.

I'm genuinely surprised that most mods were updated fairly quickly for Fallout 4 NG. I thought it would take ages, considering it's a ten year old game and a lot of modders have dropped out. I don't mind the Next Gen update since it works now (mostly).
Also, the powerofthree's Photomode is a great upgrade from the OG photomode mod. It's got poses and animations and you can change the time/weather among other things. It's honestly what I needed this entire time lmao and it's very close to Cyberpunk's photo mode now. I'd argue this mod is better than Fo76 and Starfield's vanilla photomodes.
(I have a lot of powerofthree's mods for Skyrim and i think they're a cool modder so go give the mod a download if you like taking screenshots :D)

and a peek at Princess of Graygarden's statsπ, she's extremely powerful, but FRAGILE FRAGILE FRAGILE.
No Endurance perks is the rule.
She runs with Well Rested and Lover's Embrace over High Adrenaline for such high SPECIAL as well as Legendary gear which is why she doesn't use Power Armor often. Plus with the Grognak outfit and as strong as she is, the Power Armor can carry less!
(And I think I may have finally found her hat π€ the Reward for completing the Captain's Dance, it looks cool, very Minutemaney, and it has the Sprinters Legendary effect, which stacks with one I have on her Marine Leg armor
I love these random screenies, especially the one with Far Garden and Far Harbor in the distance. Fallout 4s Settlement system really makes it feel like you can make the world your own.)
