Took a crack at these two. Wanted to redesign Oil for obvious reasons, but Time is there too. They're a package set do not separate
In my mind, Time is obviously experimental in purpose (rudimentary time alteration), Oil is experimental in design. He's a softbody robot, essentially! Made of a very soft plastic and rubber, it allows him to bend and stretch and squish in a way the 1sts can't (and most Robot Masters can't, actually)
