Yesterday and today I spent my time getting my big girl ready for 10+ months of storage. Put the last little bit of gas in to get to the storage place. Cleaned her up real good on the inside. It was very interesting this time going through all of my belongings and deciding what will come with me to Europe. The one thing I realized is that in moving to California I downsized tremendously for life in the van. That made my packing very easy. The stuff I left were things I can use when I come back. I didn't find myself going through a bunch of things saying to myself "why do I even still have this???". It was very satisfying leaving an almost empty "home" so that when I come back it's move in ready with the things I'm taking with me.
