Today is a challenging one health wise. I honestly am not sure if I’ll ever get used to the suddenness that CFS/ME knocks you over with no warning. So today, it’s me and a bowl of popcorn, chocolate soy milk and Netflix I’ll be lucky to see out even an episode of whatever I put on but hey it is what it is and it’s not as bad as some ... whether that’s down to looking after myself or it’s leading to something heavier later on I have no clue...
