Office H is a minimalist workspace located in Taipei, Taiwan, designed by Minusplus Design. The project begins with a quietly radical gesture: taking the pantry, that most peripheral of office spaces, and relocating it to the center of the plan as an Employee Interaction Lounge.

Why Are Businesses Investing More in Office Interiors Than Ever Before?
Over the past few years, I've noticed that more companies are putting serious thought into their office interiors, not just because they want an attractive workspace, but because they see it as an investment in their people and business.
From what I've observed, a well-designed office can influence:
Employee productivity and focus
Team collaboration
Workplace comfort and well-being
Client perception
Space utilization
Company culture
Simple changes like improving natural lighting, creating collaborative spaces, using ergonomic furniture, and designing better layouts seem to make a noticeable difference in how people work and interact.
With hybrid work becoming more common, offices also appear to be shifting from rows of desks to more flexible spaces that support meetings, collaboration, and focused work.
For those who have recently renovated or redesigned an office:
Did you notice any improvement in productivity or employee satisfaction?
Which design element made the biggest difference?
If you're planning an office renovation, what's your top priority?
I'd love to hear real experiences from business owners, office managers, architects, designers, and employees.
