when she left beacon hills, alice knew she wasn't leaving everything behind. if her friends needed her, she'd be there. she understood loyalty and mess, but when she'd come to the city she didn't expect to find someone with just as much mess and loyalty. maybe she'd been foolish to think that she'd somehow maxed out her allowance for both, but she had.
