can't remember if I've ever posted this before.

And on that same subject. That is their sibling. Adopted or not.

Okay I know I’ve read lots of jokes about how Thanos would have been toast if the Odin family drama didn’t get in the way. And yes, I totally agree so here are some headcanons of what it would have looked like for Hela, Thor and Loki to grow up together. 

First Frigga is pregnant with Thor when Odin tries to banish Hela and she goes off on him in only the way a pregnant mother can. 

-At first Hela can’t stand Thor she’s afraid since he’s a male he’ll get the thrown and she will be cast out. Frigga quickly settles any anxiety on that front. It still takes her a long time to warm up to him though because he’s just so loud and all he does is cry all the time. 

-Little Thor is instantly friends with Fenir since the moment of his birth he loves to play with the giant wolf. 

-Little Thor follows after Hela and idealizes her. He even learns swordplay because he hopes to join her elite Valkyrie forces one day. Hela doesn’t have the heart to tell him he can’t and for his birthday she takes him riding on a Pegasus. 

-When Odin brings home Loki Hela isn’t sure what to do. He’s obviously not Frigga’s and her Father won’t tell her where he comes from. At first she’s suspicious and resentful of her Father for the apparent indiscretion against her Mother. But Frigga takes it all in stride and tells her not to hate the babe.

-Yes Hela holds it against her Father. Yes she thinks Odin fucked a frost giant. No she does not hate Loki. 

-When Thor is younger he asks Hela if when he dies he can join her undead army so they can always fight side by side. Hela hushes him and tells him that he’s not going to die. 

-Hela is crowned and Thor and Loki never grow up being in a competition for the thrown because why would they want it when their sister is a badass ruler?

-Mjolnir is still Hela’s but that doesn’t stop Thor from *borrowing it from her without asking. One time they have a fight about it that leads to them playing a game of tug aware with a magic hammer. It’s literally both of them trying to call Mjolnir and it floating in the air between them 

-Thor learns to use his lightning a lot sooner without a hammer as a crutch

-Hela is very supportive of Loki’s sorcery and hates the sexism that permeates Asgardian society. She goes off on anyone that belittles Loki and his skills as being too feminine. 

-Hela and Loki team up to prank Thor. Thor never gets over it. 

-Thor still gets banished because let’s face it the boy needed to grow up and not be a brat. He ends up finding the Avengers a lot sooner and doesn’t get his powers back until the battle of New York.

-Hela comes down to kick the Chitauri ass with the full army of Asgard backing her. 

-Hela doesn’t like Bruce Banner the first time she meets him because she thinks he has a crush on Thor. She gives him a shovel talk. Bruce Banner is terrified. 

-Thor, Hela, and Loki on the battlefield is a force of nature. 

-Thanos doesn’t stand a chance. The snap never happens.

Loki’s cheeks burned as she faced Thor. Her brother’s eyes were careful as they traced her body—hard masculine features replaced with soft curves, yet her eyes still as piercing as ever. She swallowed when his gaze focused on the pendant on her neck.

“That was mother’s,” he stated simply.

She nodded, not trusting her voice.

“She knew of this form?”

She nodded again.

“Then I accept it as well. You are still my brother-uhm sister,” he tested the word on his tongue and Loki smiled, soft and pleased.

“Sister.” She repeated and Thor grinned before gripping the back of Loki’s neck.

“You are my sister regardless of form.” He pressed his forehead to hers, a sweet motion, especially after the events that lead to the being on this damn ship in space. “And you will be valued the same.”

He pressed a kiss to her temple, and pulled back. “I will say however,” he started and Loki cocked her head watching him. “You changing forms will not change anything during training.”

She smirked as she manifested a knife in hand and swiftly pinned Thor’s cape to the wall.

in this scenario, odin brainwashes loki and dumps him on sakaar, bc he’s grieving/a shitty parent kidnapper. he ignores the nine realms and sits around bc frigga is dead and lets say that was his motivation.

Thor is searching for information about the stones and trying to help the nine realms. Surtur scene and going back to Asgard. He gets to have the talk with Odin before he dies. Odin tells Thor about what he did to Loki and about Hela. Que the alleyway scene where she kills him, the bifrost fight and landing on sakaar.

Hela gets to Asgard, she’s fucking shit up

(little does anyone know is that she was actually exiled for falling in love and having a child with Laufey and that she spent her exile looking for her son, Loki. all over the nine realms and after realizing assuming that Odin killed him she goes to fuck up Asgard. bc why would odin keep a frost giant child? it wouldnt be to unite the realms bc he had that chance with Laufey and Hela)

now, Thor fighting The Grandmasters best contender: Ikol.

Summary: Loki, or Ikol, has amnesia and one night his so-called nephew has a nightmare.

Ikol just so happens to be the only one up.

Warnings: a mention of child abuse (i think?)

Ikol was just thirsty.

He just wanted some water before he tries to sleep and somehow, it ended up with him acting like a damn human.

He was walking to the fridge when he heard a small sniffle from the dining table.

He tries to ignore it, he tries as hard as he fucking can but he could hear tiny little gasps, and they were heartbreaking. You could hear Lukka struggling to regulate his breathing and stay quiet.

Ikol knows that feeling all too well.

He closes the fridge and sits down by the table, Lukka is curled up into a little ball, all the chairs pushed as far in as possible like some kind of shield.

“hey kid”. Lukka’s eyes tear up even more as he looks at Ikol “what happened?”

“scary dream”

Ikol watches as Lukka scooches farther away from him, and maybe that’s what his dream was about. Maybe he had a dream of Ikol hurting him.
