ok so, i am not very experienced with tarot readings. i’ve been trying to learn that, but uni sucks up most of my time. but today i attempted a deity spread, cause iwas feeling inspired and had a tarot guide in my hand lol. so these are the results...

this was a past life deity spread, and i attempted that with Odhinn, cause i always get that nostalgic vibes with him, and i actually quickly became attached with him. anyways here is the stuff i pulled :

1) Overall relationship in past life: The basics! If your relationship as a whole could be summed up in one card, then this would be it.

i had the magician card here. so i’m assuming i had some sort of following his path, practicing his magic relationship with him in my previous life. a mentor - devotee sorta relationship.

2) How you were drawn to them: What first caused you to meet or worship this deity? Was there some sort of sign, did they reach out to you first, were you in a time of need, or was there some other reason?

i pulled the star card here.so since i read this card comes after the tower card, it may mean some kind of sanctuary, relief, and peace. so due to all of this, my hope and spirituality kinda grew in Odhinn...? 

3) How you honoured/served them: How much of your life was devoted to this deity, and what parts?

so i drew the high priestess card. the coherance of this card just fucked me up. but as far as i could find, females who worshipped  Odhinn were kinda low. he was mostly worshipped by men. but i’m assuming high priestess as a female devotee, as i could have pulled the hierophant card if i was a male devotee ? idk so if you have any interpretation and info on this stuff ..please let me know..

4) How they helped you: Deities are often there to help and serve those beneath them that come to them for guidance, so what troubles did they ease for you, if any?

i had the fool card here. so he helped me attain enlightenment, guided me through my journey of the unknown.

5) How they felt about you: What sort of relationship did they believe they had with you? How did they treat you? Was there mutual respect and understanding, or was it a more tumultuous relationship?

i had the emperor card here. but i got no clue on how to interpret this card. meaning was it a mutually respectful relationship and i attained power and authority by following his path ? again. any interpretations are welcome.

6) How you felt about them: Your take on your relationship with the deity in the past life. What did you think about them and your shared bond?

so i pulled up the world card here. this is the card that surprised me the most with how coherant it was.so i’m assuming our relationship was very important to me, and i felt whole, accomplished and complete. 

so these are my interpretations for the cards i drew. so what do ya’ll think ? did i do a good job for my almost 1st tarot interpretation ? any comments and other interpretations are welcome too <3

The Wild Hunt is a ghostly ride through the stormy night skies of winter, said to appear in many regions of Britain and Northern Europe from late autumn to early spring. Its specific lore appears in many guises, varying by locality and culture. In my cover image, the leader of the hunt is Woden (Odin) on his 8-legged horse, accompanied by hounds, gathering up lost souls and ghosts along the way.
