Realizing I only listen to sad finnish music... So many really annoying "party anthems" but I want to say Tilaa and Samaan huoneeseen by Malla, which like house or electronic pop so less "party music" and more "music I'd like to hear in the background at a party"
Also Sydänkohtaus tanssilattialla by Puhelinseksi (Heart Attack on the Dance Floor by a band called Phone Sex) (classic punk can be party music if you believe in yourself) (This one is also on my disco elysium playlist....)
14. Meme-worthy song/jingle
My problem with finnish meme music is that my understanding of it is still in the stage it was in highschool when my friends (many of whom were in music school, idk if this is relevant but may give context) thought things like 70's schlager were the funniest shit in the world. So I guess Hittiputki which is like a weird combination of many "finnhits"... I own a fabric patch with a nondescript qr code that directs to this. Several of my friends also have one. This is such a "you had to be there" pick lmao it's only funny to like 5 people
