A little about Viper, he is the second Leader for Section 35... Well more so on field leader [I still need to expand on that eugh]. Viper is not his real name, it's a given name from his twin brother!

One of my oldest OCs. Been having a lot of fun drawing them.

Viper is a Vigilante trained under the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and their sensei, Master Splinter. Viper, or Valentine O’Neil (Valen, V, Val) came in contact with the Mutagen at a young age and it took their family a minute to realize what was going on. They didn’t have much time though, because their parents were soon killed by a drunk driver leaving April to take them in.

At this time April was working with her boyfriend Casey Jones to work with the Turtles to stop the Shredder from taking over the major crime syndicates in New York. After the death of her parents April felt at her wits end with her younger sibling and eventually took them to meet the turtles. Just so she could get a moments rest. Working two jobs and trying to raise a kid who was in the edge of foster care with metahuman abilities wasn’t easy.

Most of their powers are just skill enhancers. Faster striking, stronger punch. But they also have wall climbing and a poison bite. Viper grows to be a skilled martial artist and stealth operative joining teams like the Titans and becoming an auxiliary member of the Justice League. Their main focus though will always be the mutants that were created by the foot clan, like their brothers.
