This is kinda different from the stuff I normally do (fanart) so sry abt that loll😅 I plan on posting more about them like I post fanart here

This might not be the best explanation but I’ll try to explain the best I can even if it might be inconsistent.

Mix’s Crown lore!!

The crown was an item made by Puck to allow Mix to hold a physical form. The crown acts as an artificial soul(kinda…) for Mix to help hold their physical form together. It doesn’t control what Mix feels, but their emotions are connected to it in some way. When they are feeling any emotion too strongly the crown begins to like…leak or sumthin. Mix requires the crown to be able to function properly without needing any external sources of energy(food, water, sleep), the downside is that Mix is stuck being physically weak and there’s nothing they can do to fix that :p

So when Haru dies in the story. After being eaten by a giant cannibal bunny. And everyones kinda grieving (specifically Hyacinth)

And remember when I said there's a love triangle. Hyacinth -> Haru -> Somnus -> Hyacinth

So Somnus kinda took his chance to get closer to Hyacinth. Because Haru's not here anymore. And if he's being honest, he sort of resented Haru.

And when Somnus finally confesses what he feels for Hyacinth, not by words, he just straight up kisses him. And things escalate. And the next thing he knows, hes waking up beside Hyacinth and his legs hurt

And Hyacinth. He has a habit of sleeping around, to forget his problems. So when he kissed Somnus back. It wasn't a "i love you too". It was just him trying to forget everything for a little while.

And Somnus is heartbroken when he finds out. But he also feels incredibly guilty because he took advantage of Haru's death to get closer to a grieving Hyacinth. And he resented Haru, but haru was the only person who had actually ever loved him.

And now he blames himself for Haru's death. Because everyone whose ever loved Somnus has died. Because thats what Somnus' symbol does. He is Mors. He is Death. Plague. Rot

Meanwhile Hyacinth also feels terrible about leading Somnus on and sleeping with him just to forget for a little bit. So he tries apologising but Somnus isn't talking to him. Or really anyone. But Kael

Kael's kinda jusy everyones personal therapist at some point. He's also the only one who kinda gets a happy ending.

Bc in the end, as Hyacinth cries in the arms of Aetheroes, because he knows he's gonna forget all of this. Because the Symbols wipe all of their memories. Or the other option is death. Really anything just to make sure the world stays in the dark about the Symbols.

So in the end Hyacinth forgets Haru, and Somnus, and Kael, and Ambrose, and Raven. And everything.

Haru's long dead

Somnus too forgets everything and returns to his own miserable life

Kael and Ambrose are the only one who get happy endings because the two knew and loved eachother before the whole symbols thing. So the only memory of theirs that was wiped was of Hyacinth and the others.

And Raven. Well he still needs more character other than quiet translator gate dude whose the only one that can access the hidden civilisation. Might consider not doing the death or memory wipey wipey thing for him and he ends up living in the hidden civilisation.

📜General📜

The son of a very wealthy elven noble. He is sometimes mistaken for a prince, with his general appearance and mannerisms. 

His voice is slightly jarring, being a little on the deeper side.

Gunnar often avoids questions with sarcasm or abruptly changing the topic to miscellaneous facts or quirks about his father. Despite how much he talks about his father, the two have a negative relationship between each other. 

He dreams of living in a territory where he is accepted for having a boyfriend. Gunnar also wishes to escape the constant stress his father puts on him; partially caused by constantly being reminded that he is an illegitimate heir.

Has a habit of spending his fathers’ money, usually at local vineyards and bakeries.

Sophia - “She’s kind of a snob… Sophia looks down on me, almost like father does.”

Linnéa - “I never fully understand Linnéa at times. She is cold and blunt, but only towards me.”

Mille - “He is very eccentric, though in a way that I can’t compare to my father. Sometimes I try to help him with mathematics.”

Reina - “She’s cold and avoidant, but not in the same way as Linnéa.”

Suzume - “They are very polite, and compliment others almost like a second language. Suzume is also full of trivia about their region.”

Mira - “Ive heard that she talks quite a lot, usually about her very narrow interests. She’s unexpectedly quiet and hasn’t said a word to me yet.”

Franek - “He thinks I should know everything about archery and bows because I am an elf. He believes stereotypes and superstitions a bit too much.”

Paweł - “Acts much older than his actual age. I think he’s putting on a gentleman façade of some sort.”

Hiacynt - “He tries to act mysterious, but does a mediocre job at it. I think Hiacynt is trying to befriend me?”
