Breaking News : Akpanke Foundation to distribute 10,000 Notebooks and other educational materials in 5 LGAs in C'River North to mark Nigeria's 59th Independence celebration.
The Akpanke Foundation will be distributing 10,000 Notebooks to students in five Local government areas in Cross River state.
This was disclosed through a representative of the foundation, Mr Jerry Usheshe, he revealed yesterday that the founder and CEO of The Akpanke Foundation, Mr Peter Akpanke in his thoughtfulness has made available over 10,000 customized note books, Pens, rullers, sandals Etc to be distributed to students in five local Governments areas in Cross River North(obudu, obanliku, Bekwara, Ogoja and yala).
The Foundation which is know for it's humanitarian services and commitment to providing succor to the vulnerable in our society, will on the 1st of October celebrate Nigeria's independent day with a special Back to school program designed to provide Educational materials like books, pens, rullers, sandals and etc to primary and secondary school pupils and also offer schorlaship to over 100 out of school children.
The foundation is using this opportunity to call on other private organization and groups to compliment Government's efforts in improving access to quality education for every child.
