seriously though, narcissists are capable of being self aware and seeking treatment, however pwNPD won't abuse others JUST because they have NPD. it's not "evil abuser disorder" and it's also ableist to generalize an entire disorder like that and demonize it

imagine i said i was a survivor of ASD abuse because they kept having meltdowns when things didn't go their way or they acted entitled when they couldn't have a safe food and would have a meltdown. those are just traits of a disorder and id sound dumb as shit saying "Autistic Abuse"
