In 6 days, I Lost 4.8 lbs, Body Mass Index decreased by 0.8 lbs, body fat is down by 0.4. Muscle Mass is down by 2.33 lbs, Visceral Fat (Stubborn Belly Fat), is down by 1 lb. I barely worked out 1 time, last week. Eating habits are, mostly healthy, some moderation of unhealthy snacks. Mostly each meal, has a bottle of water, a protein shake, Vegetables(3), Fruits(2), Fish source of protein.
