      “ Wow! I’ve never seen someone with gold powers before! ” He pumps his fists excitedly, one bony hand clasped tightly over his sceptre. This other person was so cool looking, tall and slender like Kainé’s body, but, other than that, they look nothing like Kainé. If his vision wasn’t so terrible, he’d probably be blinded by the other’s hair, all glittery and peppermint-green.

    Of course, it’s just his luck to get whacked by an asteroid and land on the nearest planet. Fate doesn’t even have the grace to let him land somewhere soft, no, he lands on a godforsaken stone building, rather unceremoniously at that. He hops to his feet, grumbling and cursing up a storm, wings swaying gently as he does so.

      Given that they scarcely leave the house, seeing them anywhere outside is either chalked up to the fact that they’re hungry or-- even more scarcely-- they’re actually in the mood to go outside. Such is the case with right now, but unfortunately they have to always leave with someone to help them out in case they fall asleep randomly. Wouldn’t want to crack their head open if that happens!

     there’s a lonely look on their face that quickly shifts to a surprised one when phos leans forward, leaning on their shoulder. in fact, they just sit there stiffly for a moment, completely dumbfounded until they process what just happened and they flush, looking flustered.

“This is...” The words the brightly colored person spoke were unfamiliar to Noah -- the island? Tsukijin?

He really hoped they hadn’t hit their head when they fell -- he couldn’t imagine that type of damage would be fixable. Noah couldn’t lift them. They were heavy -- like trying to lift a lot of metal. Or like trying to lift Rex, but worse. Either way, way too heavy for him.

“This is Earth, I guess. More specifically, you’re in New York.” First EVOs, now aliens? Good lord.

(Yeah, he hasn’t fully accepted it yet, actually. Maybe this person’s an EVO with memory issues? He should probably contact Rex.)

      a soft sigh escapes them as they shake their head slowly, looking resigned. their thought process at the moment is ( though unbeknownst to themself ) the same as their double in front of them, thinking the whole situation was odd but passing it off as a strange dream or hallucination.

They hear Phosphophyllite’s muttering but do not respond. Not right away. A part of them wants to say good, feel as I do; the rest of them is struck by shame.

They hold their hands up, watching the mercury ooze from their fingertips. How desperately they want to reach for Phos! But their hands can only cause pain, never ease it, and they only drop uselessly to Cinnabar’s sides.

        they stand there for a moment, not knowing what to say. what is there to say? phos probably doesn’t even think this is real, but ... maybe the fact that antarc is wearing different clothing will help drive it home that it’s real. they want phos to know this is real right off the bat. so they hold themselves differently, wear the lunarian clothes as different as possible from their original uniform without breaking aesthetic.
