Dear @staff I just came back to tumblr and refreshed my note site and then suddenly all the notes disappeared from the last 244 days. What the fudge? I need those back. Only true 90s kids will remember that time the notes on all the posts disappeared
Maybe the disappearance of notes is a sign that we should stop basing our perception of our own self-worth around the empty constructs of likes, reblogs, and follows that plague social media. Maybe this will force us to re-evaluate ourselves and allow us to reshape our image in a way the reflects who we truly are, not a hollow slave to social gratification, but rather a beautiful individual.
Or, you know. Tumblr API just screwed up.
