One thing I really love about Fairy Tail is that yeah Natsu, Erza, and Gray get stronger and stronger. But also Lucy continues to get stronger. Like at the beginning she’s pretty weak, especially when compared to almost everyone in Fairy Tail. She can’t really fight by herself and has to use her spirits to fight. How ever she learns to use her whip and then eventually gets her star dresses.
I hate when people say Lucy is weak and useless. Lucy is a source of strength for Natsu. He fights for her a lot (or at least that’s what I think from his reactions and how he literally freaks out when Lucy is in danger). And Lucy works hard to be strong and prove that she’s worthy to be in Fairy Tail, to be a part of Team Natsu. Everyone loves Lucy and she deserves to be in Fairy Tail. She’s one of the best Celestial Mages. She has most of the zodiac keys, and makes real connections with her celestial spirits. She’s they’re friend and always wants to fight with them. She always gets upset when they get hurt even tho they’ll go to the spirit world and be fine. Cause she knows they still the pain and she doesn’t want that for them.
