- after Ellie crushes the eggs, she gets down on all fours and graphically projectile v* white liquid for about 10 seconds straight. She then falls in it.

- immediately after the last scene, when they’re out in the hall with Ellie, she foams at the mouth

- after Ellie says “let me kiss it better” a black snake-looking thing comes out of her mouth

- when Ellie fights the neighbour in the hall, she bites his eyeball out, and then sp*ts it into his mouth. He makes r*tching noises during this

- when Bridget is trying to clean her wound from Ellie, she starts leaking black goop from her mouth, nose, eyes, etc. She drinks water and sp*ta it out, and then v* clumps of bugs

- after the guy reading the book says “Canda” look away or skip. Mia v* visual + audio. You can look back once she starts talking, it just looks like there’s sp*t on her her mouth

- during the tree scene, a black tree grows out of the Deadite’s mouth

- when David finds Mia in the shower, and she’s in the car afterwards, she’s foaming at the mouth

- Mia projectile v* blood on Olivia in the gun scene. The blood is scene on the floor and on Olivia for the rest of the movie

- in the scene with Natalie and her hand, she sp*ts a lot

- about 20 minutes in when Ryan is being ‘exorcised’ after he falls to the ground and starts seizing, close your eyes. He v* for about two seconds, audio + visual. He ch*kes and r*tches throughout the entire scene

- there’s a scene once the Entity gets into Naim’s house and he puts his fist inside of Naim’s mouth. Naim makes ch*king noises but there is no v*
