7/ Alex x Norma (Bates Motel)
they’re still together to this day btw
some normero things that shred my heart like a chainsaw:
- norma compulsively lying to everyone she has ever met as a way to survive, but trusts alex with the whole truth
- the soft "yes" from alex when norma asks him if she did the right thing letting norman come home
- norma seeing alex kill, threaten, and arrest people and still being completely unafraid of him
- "where are we going?"
- the fact that the only time alex's voice chokes up when talking to norma is when he says he's sorry he couldn't protect her
- norma proudly telling norman "I LOVE [ALEX], AND HE LOVES ME!"
- alex losing all sanity and light in his world when norma died
- the "playing-with-each-other's-hands"
- alex knowing with full certainty that norma was not going to leave him because of their fight
- "c'mon baby" 💔
- alex saying the most absurd things just to make norma laugh
- norma knowing how to take care of alex even when he tries to refuse
