PLEASE CHOOSE WHO TO WALK YOUR PATH OF HEALING/SELF GROWTH/PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT WITH CAREFULLY. The more I am in this work the more I learn of peoples experiences with coaches who can barely handle themselves let alone someone else. Mental health coaches who hassle suicidal people, women who run circles with no actual regard for how some women may be currently feeling, people who talk about their clients experiences and have no regard for privacy, I have seen and heard it all now. Many people get into this world for money. And while I believe we do all get to be paid for our services there are those who get paid and that’s their goal. I am not writing this post to attack anyone specifically, I am simply writing it to let those of you who may come across my page know to remember that all that glitters is not gold or diamond or special. Just because someone has worked with someone special, does not mean they have gained the skills to support you. There are people running around trying to heal themselves through being your coach or support person. So ask a lot of questions before saying Yes. Your journey is the biggest one you will ever take and having someone alongside you who you can trust is important. A good support person knows how to let you have your own experience without telling you how to have that experience. And they will ask the hard questions at times.
