Watching a man walk through the streets, chatting amicably and smiling like everything is right in the word while holding none other than Killer Croc in his arms, who is clinging onto his neck and carefully trying not to fall off while nodding to show he's listening while also pitching in here and there with a question or statement or whatever.

I was playing NB, right? And I noticed that Diavolo told them to continue thinking of themselves + Satan as brothers in the Devildom. Simeon says that all of the angels refer to each other as siblings and it basically means something different to them than it does to humans. He also mentions that the brothers + Lilith were extremely close compared to the other angels and that he was jealous that he was stuck on the outside of their group.

So, it's basically that all angels are technically related since they're all 'born'/created from the same "father" (who is only referred to as "father" and "he" in Obey Me, although we can assume it's a God-type character, although without the religious overtones they leave out of Obey Me.) The twins were just created at the same time, and happen to be closer to each other than the other angels created at the same/similar time. The only ones who could be considered related would be Lucifer and Satan, but that's complicated, because technically they'd be considered parent/child not brothers. Satan would probably prefer being called Lucifer's brother over being called his son though.
