Ingredients: 8 oz 225g egg noodles. 2 tbsp vegetable oil. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced. 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced. 1 cup broccoli florets. 1 cup snap peas, trimmed. 1 carrot, julienned. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tbsp oyster sauce. 1 tsp sriracha sauce adjust to taste. 1 tsp sugar. 1/2 tsp sesame oil. 2 green onions, chopped. Sesame seeds for garnish.
Instructions: Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside. In a large wok or skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and saut for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the sliced red and yellow bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas, and julienned carrot. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sriracha sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Add the cooked noodles and the sauce mixture to the wok. Toss everything together to combine and coat the noodles evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy!
