My last day of work is tomorrow!!!! Can y’all believe this!!!!! 

Ahhhhh sorry I’ve been so absent I had to get surgery Monday morning (4am lol) so I’ve been indisposed but hi I miss being here!!!!!!!

I’ve officially resigned from my current job and my last day is going to be on July 2nd, and the amount of relief I feel right now, I can’t even describe. I’m not going to another job right away. I’m giving myself time to reset, relax, and figure out what makes me happy and what I want to do. My mental health has been on such a decline since pre-pandemic days, and a lot of that was due to the job I was at. It was draining the life out of me and making me incredibly su****al, but I felt too guilty to say anything or to put myself first, until I reached a breaking point less than a week ago and I finally, finally made the decision to put my own health (mental, emotional, and physical) first. Part of me is terrified because I don’t know what’s going to happen next and I can’t really remember the last time I didn’t have a full-time job, but most of me is just feeling so fucking relieved and so happy. 

Y’all I just....love scaled and icy so much. SO MUCH. I haven’t stopped listening to it since it came out.
