Benrey Headcanon: First kiss!
Benrey has never kissed or wanted to kiss anyone before Gordan arrived into his life. It was honestly nothing like the movies; no heart thumbing, no intense glances or blushing, and no romantic music to "set the mood."
It was simply a rush of the moment sort of thing during one of their typical little side arguments. Gordan was screaming in frustration, Benrey was smirking over a snide comment he just made, and Dr. Coomer was probably reciting a Wikipedia article in the background when suddenly Gordan had grabbed Benrey by the tie and pulled him in. The kiss filled with anger, desperation, lust, and as much as Gordan hated to admit it love.
The kiss was quick but as Gordan slowly pulled away for air his eyes gently fluttered to see Benrey wide-eyed and unblinking staring back at him.
"Benrey, what the hell man." Gordan cringed.
"What?" Benrey was sightly dazed.
"You aren't supposed to kiss with your eyes open man. It's just creepy." Gordan chuckled, knowing this was probobly Benrey's first kiss and didn't know the primary rule of kissing.
"Hey uh- do that again." Benrey was still dazed and Gordan was gonna comply with his request when bubby yelled from down the hall.
"Let's go! You can kiss your boyfriend after we get out of here!" He stomped away.
"At this pace, we should make it to the lambda lad within 24 hours!" Dr. Coomer added.
"Come on Dr. Freeman." Tommy followed behind Bubby and Dr. Coomer, secretly giving Benrey a thumbs up.
Gordan smiled softly and patted benrey on the shoulder before following the rest of the science team.
"We should exchange PlayStation gamer tags sometime." Benrey practically skipped to Gordan's side.

In short, Benrey doesn't know about kissing and during his first kiss he would probably keep his eyes open during the whole thing.
