despite the sheer anger and how sick they felt at the knowledge that a human had taken their form - again -, they could tell their current expression didnât accurately reflect as much, regardless of whether it was in an alien body. they knew all too well the experience of having to moderate their emotions, and how to prevent their rage and abilities from becoming lethal. as with the moderation of their emotions, seclusion had become a defense mechanism, as well - to avoid their power being forcibly taken from them and placed in the wrong hands.
    - which mewtwo couldnât help but assume was the case now, considering they were now all too aware of the fact that they were not in their own body yet again. the other experience theyâd had of this nature in the city was a âswapâ with their counterpart, which was....uncomfortable, but not as disorienting as being human. mew had been similar enough to themself to provide only a mild sense of unease, whereas the thought of their power - even muted - in the hands of a human made them tense and attempt a harsh glare.
â so, you are the newest human to rob me of my own body? â an accusation, if there ever was one.
