Ingredients: 2 avocados, diced. 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded. 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped. 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped. 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped. 2 tablespoons lime juice. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Diced avocados, shredded chicken, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeo should all be put in a large bowl together. Add the olive oil and lime juice, and then gently toss everything together. Add pepper and salt to taste. Serve right away or put in the fridge until you're ready to serve.
