Welcome to the least flattering pic I could have taken. But there's a reason for it... I need something to help me keep in the habit of going to the gym, and posting a pic or video does that for me. Still too cold to run outside without having asthma flare-ups, so I headed to the #nojudgementzone aka @planetfitness for a #treadmill run.
