So much had happened in such a short amount of time. First, papa showed up. Then, his birthday happened! And, Uncle Silas showed up ON. HIS. BIRTHDAY! Kana could only spare a few moments earlier that day to say hello—Silas was busy with moving in and orientation and all that, so he didn’t want to bother him—but for Silas to approach him with birthday wishes was a pleasant surprise!

“Uncle Silas! I had a wonderful day, thank you—but now it’s even better, ‘cause you’re here!”

🍜- Carnivore/Pescatarian/Vegetarian/Vegan/Other? What kind of diet does your character have?

I definitely picture Henry as some kind of vegan/maybe pescatarian in a modern AU, but in canon I'm not sure he has the liberty to be picky and has probably eaten more than his share of stuff others would turn their nose up at, critters or otherwise... Almost anything goes.

Actually, I have an old 2 min scribble of Henry... #goVegan is on the backside of that shirt, haha;;

😄- What has ever made your character laugh so hard that they almost passed out?

"Oh, that’s happened lots of times! But let's seeee, oh, oh, I know! I remember this one time, back when I was serving in Plegia's army, I was paired with this one guy. We were on the flank, or so we thought! Walked right into an ambush, we did, so of course I went all woosh and kablamo, firing spells at the enemy and having myself a grand ol' time. There was blood eeeeverywhere by the end of it, nya ha!

Oh, but anyway, at some point one of the guys' arms came right off clean and whup, bop! It thwacked my partner across the side of his head! The look on his face sent me into such a fit of laughter my sides still ache thinking of it."

He pauses, reflecting, then grins wide. "We almost died because of that, wahahaha! It was great!"

🍀- Does your character carry a good luck charm? Do they believe in luck?

He did, until he gave it to Laevatein! O: "A pristine jet black feather that shines almost iridescent in just the right light." From his favourite crow, Skuld. He's not actually sure how much he believes in luck, truth be told, but he still likes the idea of a lucky charm.

8. A frustrated text

Xander has two pets! If a warhorse can count as a pet, that is. Altair is the formal name of his warhorse but he answers to ‘Buddy’ much more willingly since that’s the name Xander originally gave him as a child. He’s bit embarrassed of that though, and has been trying for a while now to get the horse to answer to Altair.

Xander also has a pet cat that pretty much lives in his own personal rooms. Her name is StormBringer and true to her title, she is a force of nature. She’s a big, fluffy Norwegian forest cat that is only half as grumpy as she looks. The force of her purring has been known to knock over inkwells. 

“Oh? How kind of you to think of me, Silas. Thank you. It’s nice to know people remember and appreciate that I changed the world when I was born.”
