I just rewatched DS9 S5 E25 "In The Cards" and you CANNOT convince me that Nog doesn't have a little crush on Jake. This boy was really willing to give all of his money away, and then follow Jake around the entire station doing a bunch of extra work and getting into trouble just so that Jake could do something nice (but ultimately not that important) for his dad.
Oh and the "kismet" "kiss you?" scene is INSANE... I need to talk to whoever wrote this and ask them what they were thinking. How on earth do you mishear kismet as "kiss me" ? Aren't Ferengi supposed to have really good hearing? Nog was just shooting his shot...
On a side note, Kai Winn was actually tolerable in this episode and Weyoun's interest in the crazy scientist was low-key wholesome. This episode feels like the best fluff fanfic ever.

Somehow both childhood/tweenage romance and idiots to lovers, lol. It takes them forever to figure out they're dating.
As much as they enjoy trying each other's traditional foods, they've agreed that eating together doesn't have to mean eating the same foods. Some times you just want a simple dish of grubs with good company, but without any weird add-ons, like coagulated milk protein.
When they first met, Nog was not a breakfast person, mostly preferring a Jumja stick from the stand, and Jake liked to have a large breakfast. By the time they've grown and are living together, Nog loves having big breakfasts and Jake is happy with just a cup of coffee.
