It was the mission he'd been on, the people he'd been after. His partner had died too; first, even, and Michael had ran off after the ones who did it. That sounded like him. When you ask what happened to him exactly(you didn't want to know, but how could you go on another moment without?), familiar gold chain around your throat already twisting between your fingers, your eyes were already so wet with tears that you couldn't make out their faces. But you can still see the way their hands wring, and they look at each other, and one gently takes your free hand, and tells you, they don't know.

3. Tell us about a headcanon you invented for a fic! Hmmm... A: That KARR's scanner is orange during Trust Doesn't Rust, too--it's just a small distinction I mostly retcon-headcanoned for artistic clarity reasons, but it ends up getting a mention in my TDR fic. B: I think this kind of counts--I'm prone to giving canon characters additional relatives if I think it'd make an interesting character idea! so I do that a lot... C: I've probably got a massive laundry list of this for the likes of pokemon in general, or Tora Ziyal from star trek:ds9, but I guess an example of the former is that Reshiram--the dragon of Truth--is completely mute, except for when someone speaks true words in it's presence--it can speak by echoing those.

24. What colors, sights, sounds, textures, etc. inspire you? Do certain environments make you feel more creative than others? I'm embarrassed to say, I don't get out much. The environment that makes me feel most creative is my nice little desk setup in my room, haha. BUT As far as sounds: I do LOVE character songs. I can get downright deranged about Character Songs. I have about 100 playlists on Spotify and I'd guess 75 of those are character playlists and I'm always making more. I love listening to my playlists when I write or draw the relevant characters, and that tends to really inspire me to go Do Something Creatively if a character song plays randomly at the right moment(i'm usually always listening to music)!!
