1 cup (100g) crushed digestive biscuits or graham crackers (for the base)
1 cup (225g) cottage cheese
1/2 cup (120g) Greek yogurt
1 cup (125g) fresh raspberries
Optional: Lemon zest for garnish
1. Prep the base: Spoon the crushed biscuits into the bottom of your jars and press down lightly.
2. Blend: In a food processor or blender, combine the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth.
