From that shared wound of daddy issues springs the striking inversion: Puck’s total absence of gentleness and Kurt’s total absence of roughness, and both yearning for the same hunger for societal acceptance. tbh I don’t think It’s no coincidence that their most pivotal storylines almost always collide in the same episodes - two fractured boys unconsciously echoing the same ache.
