I suppose men and women can partake in this.. (and it could even be done on one's own self!), but...I'm not sure whether it is acceptable or not. Miss Internetchan says they do it to avoid pregnancy. I have never really seen the need for it myself as, I have never been with a woman before and would surely never think of engaging upon such an act with a man!
