Would you happen to have played the precursor to Distance, Nitronic Rush?
Why yes I have! Not much of it though.
When I first started playing Distance I wasn't even aware that it was a sequel to Nitronic Rush. At the time I only saw Nitronic Rush through youtube videos.
Now that this game is my obsession though, I did eventually give Nitronic Rush a try. Played it until I reached the end of the campaign.

Futuristic Racing Fans Rejoice: Distance's Early Access Departure Brings Good Stuff
Nearly four years ago, Distance, Nitronic Rush successor, graced Steam with a neon-bathed Early Access launch (remember?). It was glorious, if a bit lacking, at the time (but that's Early Access for ya). Numerous updates and even more hours of hard work later, the groovy - and challenging - racer has finally reached 1.0, and with it, a slew of additional content. Doesn't mean Refract Studios will be moving onto a new project just yet, though.
